Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Coordinator will provide key production co-ordination and assistance for Premier League Content programming (studio and news strands) and across the Premier League Productions team.

Key responsibilities will include organising UK and International shoots: crewing camera operators, sourcing locations, talent and props; booking voiceovers, editors and all post production facilities; booking and organizing shifts for freelance and staff studio crew, ensuring Risk Assessments are properly created by the relevant Producer; clearing archive footage/music, creating Call sheets and supervising runners & PAs, and being point of contact for crew out of office hours. Additional responsibilities will also involve completing PAP post-production paperwork; cost tracking, processing invoices and raising purchase orders as well as managing floats and expenses.

Applicants must have previous experience as a Production Assistant along with experience of setting up/organizing single camera shorts - including carnets. Experience of cost tracking and producing budgets is essential as is experience of dealing with Health and Safety paperwork and Risk Assessments.

PLEASE NOTE: The role will at times will require work on weekends if necessary and over Christmas/Bank holidays. This role will be on a fixed term contract until May 2020 and will be based in Stockley Park, Uxbridge.
