An exciting opportunity has arisen within inCycle, which is recognized as the most comprehensive cycling television series in the world. The show handles single and multi-camera shoots, event content, and archive-based edits. Assisting the Production Manager and editorial team, the Production Coordinator will organise shoots and support the production team in post-production. They will be part of a team putting an emphasis on creativity and high production standards in all areas they work on, but with a strong emphasis on teamwork and a friendly/collaborative atmosphere.


The Production Coordinator will be expected to liaise with internal and external clients regarding content delivery. Other duties include booking travel arrangements for crew and contributors; overseeing the post-production schedule; booking freelancers; filing paperwork; clearing archive material & music as required; and managing small shoot/edit/archive budgets where appropriate including floats and reconciliations. There is also potential for the Production Coordinator to attend shoots where required.


Applicants must have experience of setting up single and multi-camera shoots, producing call sheets, and raising purchase orders & payment forms for invoices/expenses. Experience of completing post-production paperwork for UK broadcasters is essential. Knowledge of SAP, clearing archive/music material and basic knowledge of file formats and editing software is desirable.


PLEASE NOTE: Unsociable hours, including some weekend work may be required. This role will be based at IMG Studios, Stockley Park, Uxbridge.
