IMG PRODUCTIONSUEFA PRODUCTIONSNow in its 6th Year of production at IMG, UEFA Champions League Weekly delivers Broadcasters all over the world a run of 32 x 24' programmes a year during the football season, wrapped up with an hour long review show at the end of the competition. With an average of 6 shoots per week filmed all over Europe, the show consists of player profile interviews and stylised match reviews during each stage of the competition. Consisting of team features, individual player profiles and Matchday previews, the UEFA Europa League Magazine is broadcast worldwide - ahead of each round of games - by all competition rights-holders. The first six programmes, previewing each Group Stage Matchday, are 48'00. The following five, previewing each Knockout Phase, are 24'00 followed by a 48'00 review of the season. Position: UEFA Production CoordinatorContract: Fixed Term (August 2017 - June 2018) IMG Productions are currently looking for Production Coordinators to work on some of our best established productions - UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa LeagueThe Production Coordinators will be key figures in the production team, providing production management assistance to the Production Manager and the wider production team. Duties will include organising domestic and internal shoots by: booking crew and kit; ensuring Risk Assessments are properly created as well as booking travel arrangements (including filming permits, carnets and accreditation) for the crew. Other responsibilities will include booking post-production facilities; clearing/archiving footage and music; completing PasB and PAP post-production paperwork. The ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience in setting up and organising single and multi-camera shoots; cost-tracking and producing small production budgets and completing relevant post-production paperwork.PLEASE NOTE: Fortnightly late night shifts to attend the program voiceover will also be required. Occasional travel to UK and European destinations may be required. Applications close on Friday 26th May 2017, 5pm GMT.
