Key Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesIMG is searching for a highly enthusiastic and organized Studio Production Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in our production management team and to contribute to a large sports production.Coordinate day-to-day production logistics for studio-based programming, including pre-production, live show, and post-production needsPrepare and distribute call sheets, production schedules, crew lists, and related documentationMaintain accurate crew bookings and assignments in internal databases and tracking systemsLiaise with technical managers, production managers, and studio operations to ensure studio readiness and smooth execution of broadcastsMaintain clear and effective communication with talent, crew and internal team members, addressing any questions, concerns, or changes promptly and professionallyMust be able to work outside of normal business hours, especially during busy times of the seasonProvide support to ensure production and client needs are metTrack and reconcile production costs, including crew, facilities, equipment and expenses; flag overages or discrepancies to Production Manager.Provide real-time support during live studio productions, assisting with coordination across departmentsFlexibility required for evenings/weekends during peak match periods and live event windows.Troubleshoot and provide support to ad hoc production queries/duties within the department in conjunction with broader production teamYou may also be required to carry out any other duties within the reasonable scope of production operationExcellent coordination and support across productionsCompliance with company procedures as detailed in IMG's Production GuideKnowledge and ExperienceDesirable Experience supporting live or studio-based productionsExperience in a fast-paced broadcast or production environmentUnderstanding of cost tracking and production budgeting processesPrevious experience at Production Assistant or Coordinator levelExperience in a client-facing or collaborative team environment Skills and AbilitiesPrevious experience of working to deadlines - works well under pressure, managing and prioritizing workload effectivelyMicrosoft ExcelSmartsheet experience preferred but not requiredExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Plans ahead and effectively organizes workloadAbility to adapt to various ways of working and working across multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent time management - reliable and punctualWillingness to learn new systems and processesCalm under pressurePositive, professional and pro-active approach to work effectively as part of a team and independently (without close supervision) - showing initiativeWorking ConditionsThis role is based at IMG Offices, Stamford, CT.This is a permanent contractRequires weekend working and possible occasional regional/international travelFlexibility required for evenings/weekends/ holidays during peak match periods and live event windows
