Loftus Media is looking for a full-time Production Coordinator to join our team.

This is an exciting time for Loftus, as our business is growing rapidly and expanding into new areas and this role will be intrinsic to our new phase of growth across all aspects of our content production.

About The Role

The role involves:

- supporting the directors and producers
- supporting the smooth operational running of our studio facility
- meeting and greeting guests
- enabling production staff and freelancers to come into our studio for recordings
- booking studios, contributors, photographers and producers
- sourcing artwork, images and copy for programme / podcast metadata and websites
- helping set up events and recordings
- organising travel and hotels
- liaising with agents
- managing production contracts
- conducting all production paperwork
- assisting with digital content projects, our social channels and website updates

The Ideal Candidate

You will be:

- highly organised?
- able to take the initiative and to work independently
- able to deal with changing and competing priorities
- able and willing to support colleagues
- comfortable dealing with clients and contributors, both on the phone and in person
- adept with technology and IT inc content management systems
- experienced with social media posting and writing for the web

You will also have good written and spoken English, and you will be keen and eager to take on additional production support and research when necessary.

Most importantly, you will be aware of and excited by a range of audio content, in particular. You will be cheerful, flexible, a strong team player, and able to cope when things don't go well.

Salary:

£23K- £28K per annum depending on experience
