Darrall Macqueen are looking for an experienced Scripted-live-action Drama Production Coordinator

Start date: January 2020 for 1 year

The Production Co-ordinator will act as the focal point of contact between production team members/cast/crew and the production office, and co-ordinate various production functions. This will include providing support to the Production Manager in securing and managing the arrangements for all the resources needed for the production.

Job responsibilities to include:
* Booking technical facilities and equipment, resourcing freelance crew.
* Negotiating deals and getting quotes from suppliers.
* To gather and collate all relevant information, and with the Production Manager to produce a progress report and distribute on a daily basis.
* Liaising daily with craft services
* To organise couriers and accommodation as required
* To manage the day-to-day workload of the Production runner.
* To set up the production office and other location requirements
* Liaising with 2nd AD over cast requirements and sending out the daily call sheet
* Assisting Production Manager with contractuals
* Raising POs and other paperwork as required
* Petty cash and credit card reconciliation

Required:
* At least one drama credit as Production Coordinator
* Full driving licence and access to vehicle
* Knowledge of PMI a bonus but not essential
* Knowledge of Scenecronize a bonus but not essential
