We are looking for an experienced Production Coordinator to work across a broad range of productions supporting our Producers and Head of Production. The ideal candidate should have at least three years experience working in an agency or similar environment. A love and knowledge of arts and culture, including visual arts, theatre, literature, music and film is essential.

Key duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Coordinating shoots and managing logistics including scheduling, bookings (travel, kit, crew, etc)
* H&S risk assessments
* Creating all sheets
* Assisting on-location as a runner
* Interview research
* Music research and licensing
* Image research and licensing
* Researching and developing treatments and proposals
* Researching and booking freelancers
* Liaising with accounts to generate PO's, tracking receipts and invoices

We are looking for someone to start asap for a 5-6 month contract with the potential for extension. This role is a hybrid of working remotely from home, in the office and on-site at one of our client's offices in central London.
