Production Coordinator

Plymouth

Based in either our London, Plymouth or Manchester office, we require a self-driven, passionate Production Coordinator who's passionate about film and enjoys working collaboratively. Someone with a level head, who's calm under pressure and hopefully has a good sense of humour. You will work on a variety of projects across all TCEG clients within the Film Team.

You will be responsible for supporting production management and the whole film team working across the production process from pre-production to delivery, on a range of projects and clients. The production could be long or short form but most likely to be shortform/digital.

The role involves working closely with our production management team, supporting them by arranging production bookings, logistics, scheduling, keeping an accurate record of all project expenditure, float reconciliation, supporting the producers and production team so they work efficiently, researching as and when required, and ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to with all relevant risk assessments carried out.

You will also be given support to independently budget and manage some of our smaller projects.

What will you be doing...

You will be supporting the smooth-running of efficient and effective projects, understanding the team's capabilities, and gaining knowledge of the client's policies and ways of working. Duties include:

Production bookings - booking crew, kit, VO artists, animators/graphic designers, editors etc
Production logistics - travel, accommodation, visas, immunisations, carnets, call sheets, securing locations, couriers, risk assessments, all COVID H&S
Keeping an accurate record of all project expenditure including raising purchase orders and keeping a PO log up to date
Assisting producers with any logistical or clerical responsibilities i.e., scheduling meetings or recordings etc
Assisting producers with production research
Sourcing stock clips/imagery, VO artists, actors, talent, music etc
Responsible for supporting and collating client shoot paperwork
Organisational admin to support the smooth running of the team

Experience working on delivery schedules
Working as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment
Understanding of budget management
Knowledge of process from the initial development to delivery of a project
Digital content production
