We arecontinuing to building on our award winning work and looking to grow our team.We are looking for a production coordinator to join the team. This role would suit someone with strongproduction experience who wants to work at a dynamic, growing creative company in London. You willbe responsible for the day to day management of productions, booking crew and facilities, andestablishing relationships with suppliers, our extended freelance family and building new relationshipstoo.It is essential for the individual to have a broad range of freelance industry contacts/leads (e.g. editors,animators, camera crews, scriptwriters etc) across a range of production types/styles (animations,behind-the-scenes brand videos, documentaries to TV idents). In addition any experience coordinatinglive events and experiences would be useful. We are a fast moving creative company so ability toimprovise and deliver under pressure is essential.Key Responsibilities:Core Production Coordinator responsibilities include: sourcing, confirming and managing crews, productionschedules, call sheets, risk assessments, cost reports/monitors and other key procedures associated withinproduction and delivery of our projects.- Overall management of projects, from pre to post, often on tight turnarounds and tight budgets- Document and troubleshoot projects and spot issues ahead of time- Help implement workflows and documentation to enable- Liaising with colleagues and external clientsRequired Skills:- A broad range of strong freelance industry contacts- Experience delivering broadcast documentaries, branded content, commercial projects and the ability to assist inassembling multiple high end and bespoke crews, often in quick turnaround periods.- Excellent client service skills- Financially astute and good business acumen- Entrepreneurial spirit; someone keen to be part of a growing team that is willing to get their hands dirty- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Excellent writing skills- Knowledge of the UK media and how brands communicate with their audiences- Understanding of camera and editing technology and the production workflow- Experience working with online management tools including Google Docs- Creative flair and a willingness to contribute to project ideasBonus Skills:- Experience producing beyond the confines of TV and working with mobile platforms and apps.- Experience co-ordinating live events and experiential campaigns
