As a production coordinator you're aware of what it takes to get creative from idea to asset and you're able to ensure that journey is as smooth as possible for everyone involved. You'll know who is working on what, at any given time, and ensure everything is in place to get the job done on time and to standard.

Main Responsibilities:

Quality checking, approving and submitting all creative briefs into production
Setting production tasks and allocating resource
Ensuring adherence to a production schedule and chasing creative deadlines
Keeping brand and creative managers up to date with progression
Adjusting timelines and priorities reactively
Ensuring handover between creative teams is on time and seamless
Booking pre-production sessions and review windows
Creating reports detailing time/resource/cost spent on each creative brief
Managing a digital asset management system, including tagging and recording usage
Supporting the Creative Production Manager with projects and implementing new workflow/process
