The successful candidate will work with the Production Management team to provide production, logistical and administrative support on our Live broadcast of the SailGP events.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganising shoots & international OBs (Outside Broadcast) for a remote productionPreparing call sheets and helping create risk assessmentsLooking after international & UK travel arrangements for crew and production teamLiaising with freelance crew and suppliersRaising purchase orders and processing invoicesAssisting editorial team with post production paperworkExperienceThe candidate must have experience in the following:Experience working in Live TV broadcast as a Production Coordinator, with onsite OB experience.Experience of crew booking and logistics coordination across international productions.Confident in managing call sheets and creating risk assessments (to be overseen by the Production Team) for both OBs and shoots.Experience of working with small and large crews with a strong knowledge of how international OBs are managed.Experience with post production paperwork e.g Music Cue SheetsExcellent organisational skills with the ability to keep track of ever changing plansConfidence in negotiating rates with external suppliers and raising POsKnowledge of coordinating and delivering a range of/elements of productions on time and on budget.DesirableLove of sportGood presentation skillsAptitudesTeam playerAttention to detailGood communicationCan do attitudeThe role will involve weekend working, flexible working hours and may involve some international travel.Location:London, United KingdomSailGP is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace committed to building a team culture that celebrates diversity, equity and inclusion.
