Production Coordinator

London hybrid

Want to work for a disruptive digital marketing agency in the heart of London? re:act was founded by two global FMCG marketers with experience in Health & Beauty, Gaming, Food & Drink and Technology and since 2019 re:act marketing has grown from a team of 2 to over 40 employees. Working with top clients in the Health & Beauty Sector, we are a creative content agency that truly believes in developing content that means something to consumers. Brands are no longer defined by what they say about themselves, but by what real people say about them. Our agency creates unique moments that matter to the consumer, which allows brands to own conversations in a creative and engaging manner.
Our experienced team creates content that travels with feeling and puts conversations at the heart of everything.

So where do you fit in? We need additional heads to join our ambitious bunch of individuals.
We are looking for someone with energy and grit, who thrives on creating world-class experiences for our customers, help us spread the word and is up for a challenge.

The Role
We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Production Coordinator to join our fast-paced, high-energy team. This is not your average desk job-you'll be hands-on, juggling multiple projects, and constantly adapting to changing priorities. If you thrive in a high-pressure, dynamic environment and love the challenge of making things happen under tight deadlines, this role is for you.

You will play a key role in keeping our productions running smoothly. You're a problem-solver, a hard worker, and someone who isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves and put in the hours to get the job done. Previous production and/or photography experience is essential. You will need to be adept at working with tight budgets, negotiating rates with suppliers, and ensuring projects are delivered on time-no matter what it takes. This role involves time on set, meaning long hours, travel, and the occasional high stress shoot day are all part of the job.

Support the production team to plan and execute high-energy, fast-moving production projects for our clients:

The role of the production team is to translate a creative concept into a tangible, deliverable photoshoot.
In pre-production, you will support the producer in creating shot lists and call sheets to ensure smooth shoot days.
You will coordinate equipment rentals and logistics to keep production on track.
You will support in identifying and purchasing props and any elements necessary to the shoot.
You will manage casting calls and schedule interviews.
On shoot days, you will assist on set with equipment setup and breakdown.
You will manage props and set dressing.
You will support in coordinating crew and talent schedules.
You will maintain any necessary production logs and documentation.
You will support the photographer on set.
Alongside the Account Manager, you will look after our clients.
In post-production, you will support in organising assets where necessary.
You will support in managing invoices and expense reports.

What do I need?
A passion for production, a creative mindset, and an unstoppable problem-solving attitude.
A highly organized, detail-oriented approach to work-you'll be juggling multiple fast-moving projects at once.
The ability to handle high-pressure situations and tight deadlines without missing a beat.
Exceptional work ethic-this is not a 9-to-5 role, and you must be willing to work long hours and travel when needed.
A proactive, can-do attitude-no job is too big or small.
Experience in production, studio management, or a related field is essential.
A sense of humour-because let's be real, production can be chaos, and laughter is essential!
Dog friendly! There are a lot of furry friends roaming around our office, so you'll need to be OK working with our four-legged friends!

What will I get?
