As a Production Coordinator at Big Potato, you will be at the heart of our production process. You will work closely with our Game Development and Production teams to ensure that our award-winning board games are produced on time, within budget, and to the highest possible quality.Your primary responsibilities will include: Project Management: Overseeing project timelines, coordinating schedules, holding weekly status' and making sure deadlines are met. Supplier Liaison: Building and maintaining strong relationships with our international suppliers, ensuring that all materials and products are sourced and delivered as planned. Documentation: Keeping detailed records of production schedules, orders, and other critical information to maintain transparency and efficiency within the team. Problem-Solving: Quickly identifying and addressing any potential issues that may arise during production, and working with teams to implement effective solutions. Collaboration: Working closely with our Creative and Operation teams to ensure that production aligns with overall launch dates.Who are we looking for?If you are organised, detail-oriented, and have a passion for board games, we want to hear from you!RequirementsEssential Skills & Experience:Proven experience in production of FMCG, project management, or a similar role.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and team members.Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.Desirable Skills:Experience working with far eastern manufacturer's and understanding of logistics.Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials used in board game production.Experience in a creative environment with an understanding of design and development workflows.We're proud to be a team that values diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
