S:E Creative Studio are looking for an energetic, team player to join our growing brands and social studio in the role of Production Coordinator. We need a dynamic, quick thinking, problem solving PC who is as comfortable with admin as they are interacting with directors and talent on-set. We are looking for an experienced PC to work across a variety of projects and to support the Production Manager. We create high frequency, high engagement content across social media channels. We do this for long term clients including the BBC, The BRIT Awards and Waitrose.Due to the nature of the role you will be required to be in the office or on set most days of the week. There will also be some unsociable hours due to live events.What you'll do:Logistics: Booking crew, kit, travel, accommodation, cabs and couriers for multiple projects across the business.Budgets and schedules: Working with the Production Manager to manage budgets, and working with Producers on schedules to ensure we are on track at all times.Admin: Creating Call Sheets and Risk Assessments. Liaising with suppliers, raising POs and managing invoices.Events: Helping on Shoots and events on location and in studios.Project assistance: Updating the archive and conducting music research and licensing.Who you are:Must have experience at Production /Coord level from working in TV/social/advertising or equivalent.
