Production Coordinator

London

We are looking for a Production Coordinator to join the Content Team to help support the growing frequency and ambition of our in-house productions. This is a vital role in an agile team and we need an incredibly organised person, with an eye for detail, who can effectively prioritise and deliver on multiple projects running at the same time. You will:
Support the delivery of fast turn-around content on a weekly basis, tracking the approval process of assets from creative concepts to final delivery.
Ensure that the established process of legal ownership of creative assets, Statement of Works (SOW) and contracting paperwork is tracked and maintained. Working closely with Legal on agreements, rights management etc.
Work closely with creative and content teams to ensure they have the correct visual imagery and copy required to deliver project assets.
Resourcing, briefing and managing relationships with creative agencies and freelancers.
Drive the creation of and adherence to the planning process, acting as key lynchpin in delivering assets on time, on budget, and at the very highest standards of quality.
Preparing, managing and monitoring production budgets, resource trackers, project schedules, and ensuring all production admin and post-production paperwork is kept up to date and archived appropriately.
What do we require from you?
Previous experience of working in production on digital, video, interactive and/or animation projects is required.
Strong understanding of the creative production process, campaign delivery and print and digital media specifications, to ensure all assets are briefed correctly.
Ability to demonstrate management of productions of a variety of sizes across several projects simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal skills, a calm and personable manner.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience working in an entertainment or creative industry.
Bonus points for?
JIRA and CMS understanding, specific experience in Contentful would be advantageous.
