Production Coordinator

London

Key Accountabilities:

To provide key production assistance and co-ordination support across Premier League Productions programming

Main duties are booking and organising shifts for freelance and staff studio crew and recording shift patterns on online scheduling tool, and performing Status Determination Statements where/when necessary

Liaison with third parties (i.e. freelance agencies) and studio directors for studio bookings

Supervising, creating and distributing call sheets and being point of contact for crew out of office hours; occasional weekend and evening studio production management on-site cover

Cost tracking on a daily basis and keeping track of relevant costs with the Accounts Assistant. Processing invoices and raising purchase orders
Trouble shooting and dealing with ad hoc production queries/duties within the department in conjunction with the Production Manager; supervising production assistants and runners

Assistance and approval of PAP post production paperwork and clearing Archive footage and Music where applicable

Being point of contact for internal and external clients

Occasionally offering assistance with booking shoots and post-production

You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job

Knowledge and Experience

Previous experience as established Production Assistant or higher
Experience of booking freelance crew
Experience of cost tracking and producing small production budgets; Experience of raising electronic purchase orders, floats, producing call sheets
Experience of dealing with Health and Safety paperwork and Risk Assessments

Skills and Abilities:

Previous experience of working to deadlines - works well under pressure, managing and prioritizing workload effectively
Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, SAP

Good organization and communication skills (both written and verbal)

Qualifications and Training:
Health & Safety trained

Working Conditions:
This is a fixed term position until May 2022
This role will be based at Stockley Park
Working hours are Monday - Friday (average 40 hour week)
Occasional travel and weekend work may be required
Working a few days over the Christmas period
May require late start/finishes and weekend working where necessary?
