Barcroft Studios are looking for a Production Coordinator to work on a returning TV/digital hybrid car magazine show, starting ASAP or approx. 3 to 4 weeks, possibly longer.

You will need experience of working in a fast-paced production environment, able to juggle multiple tasks and shoots, and must be highly organised, with excellent communication and attention to detail. We are looking for a team player and someone who is keen to get involved.

Responsibilities:

- Setting up all shoots, including sourcing crew and camera kit, booking travel / accommodation.
- Creating call sheets and risk assessments, ensuring that all insurance documentation and permissions are taken care of prior to the shoot.
- Manage and update on-going production paperwork such as release forms, call sheets, shooting scripts, master content lists.
- General admin around video such as keeping asset lists, checklists, updating internal systems.
