We are looking for a skilled Production Coordinator to join our central London base. This is a great chance to work as part of a team on the award-winning landmark series which tells stories that matter in an engaging way.Main ResponsibilitiesThe role will involve working closely with journalists, executive producers and the strand PM managing a variety of projects, such as undercover, sensitive obs docs and foreign/high risk. The PC will be expected to build and maintain a wide range of internal contacts C with e.g. colleagues in Health and Safety, High Risk, Insurance and Rights and Business Affairs. The role also will include involvement in tasks related to the wider strand which could include development, post production workflows and/or indie deliverables and commissions.Are you the right candidate?The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience as a television production coordinator and be confident working in a fast-paced environment. Experience of managing and reconciling budgets, booking crews, negotiating rates, setting up domestic and international shoots, rights clearances, post production and completing post production paperwork is essential. Current affairs or fast turnaround experience would be an advantage but we are also interested in individuals who have experience of working on other television output.
