The Garden Productions are looking for an experienced and confident Production Coordinator to join our team, in making a LIVE episode for an upcoming Sky documentary series.

The ideal candidate will have a background in live or studio environments, a strong understanding of production logistics and the ability to work comfortably and collaboratively within a small team.

Start date: Tuesday 1st Sep - 4 week contract until Friday 25th Sep
London Based

Skill and Experience needed:

- Maintaining accurate records and budget spreadsheets
- Hands-on experience in live galleries and studios
- Strong understanding of live or studio production environments: including handling an audience, high profile guests and presenters, workflows and time pressures
- Scheduling and coordinating cast, crew, and contributors
- Preparing and distributing detailed call sheets
- Ability to work calmly and confidently under pressure whilst multitasking
- Problem solving and adaptability during live broadcasts
- Knowledge of live broadcast production crews, workflows, compliance and safety procedures
- Albert sustainability certification/training
