Production Coordinator

London

Reporting to the Production Manager and Senior Producer and working with the Euroleague Basketball production team, the successful candidate will provide vital support Euroleague Basketball Live and Features operations ensuring that all logistically and scheduling requirements are delivered.

Key Accountabilities
Produce call sheets for all ELB matches, Media Days and Features shoots.
Schedule all ELB staff and freelancers
Plan and book travel and accommodation across Europe for all ELB staff
Raise purchase orders and pay invoices for all resources and freelancers
Produce scripts and production paperwork
Liaise with the ELB and their rights holders to deliver their requests

Required Qualifications (Knowledge & Experience)
Previous experience within the production environment, demonstrating knowledge of Outside Broadcasts, Digital Platforms, Live, Magazine and Studio programmes
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Proven organisational skills
Basic knowledge and understanding of production workflows
Knowledge and understanding of setting up satellite playouts via SNG, local feed points or via IP over satellite
Understanding of different formats of file delivery and storage
Comprehensive understanding of budget processes and implications
Conversant with current insurance requirements
Has organised national and international travel
Has prepared risk assessments, in conjunction with the producer
Has set up single camera shoots
Has raised purchase orders and processed invoices, including tracking of costs
Educated to A level or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook

Desirable
European Language
Good knowledge of Basketball

Working Conditions
This is a fixed term position (until Jun 2022)
Please note, we are operating on a remote working set up until lockdown restrictions have been lifted. Thereafter, the role will be based at Stockley Park, Uxbridge (free on-site parking)
Working hours are on average 40 hours per week
Regular evening shifts
Some weekend shifts and public holidays
