Reporting to the Production Manager and Senior Producer and working with the Euroleague Basketball production team, the successful candidate will provide vital support Euroleague Basketball Live and Features operations ensuring that all logistically and scheduling requirements are delivered. Key Accountabilities Produce call sheets for all ELB matches, Media Days and Features shoots.Schedule all ELB staff and freelancersPlan and book travel and accommodation across Europe for all ELB staffRaise purchase orders and pay invoices for all resources and freelancersProduce scripts and production paperworkLiaise with the ELB and their rights holders to deliver their requestsRequired Qualifications (Knowledge & Experience) Previous experience within the production environment, demonstrating knowledge of Outside Broadcasts, Digital Platforms, Live, Magazine and Studio programmesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)Proven organisational skills Basic knowledge and understanding of production workflowsKnowledge and understanding of setting up satellite playouts via SNG, local feed points or via IP over satelliteUnderstanding of different formats of file delivery and storageComprehensive understanding of budget processes and implicationsConversant with current insurance requirementsHas organised national and international travelHas prepared risk assessments, in conjunction with the producerHas set up single camera shootsHas raised purchase orders and processed invoices, including tracking of costsEducated to A level or equivalentProficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OutlookDesirableEuropean LanguageGood knowledge of BasketballWorking Conditions This is a fixed term position (until Jun 2022)Please note, we are operating on a remote working set up until lockdown restrictions have been lifted. Thereafter, the role will be based at Stockley Park, Uxbridge (free on-site parking)Working hours are on average 40 hours per weekRegular evening shiftsSome weekend shifts and public holidays
