We have an opportunity for a Production Coordinator to join our team in from the end of June for approximately four months, with the possibility of this leading to a full time position.

You will need experience of working in a fast-paced production environment, able to juggle multiple tasks and shoots, and must be highly organised, with excellent communication and attention to detail. We are looking for a team player and someone who is keen to get involved.

Responsibilities:
- Setting up shoots, including sourcing crew and camera kit, booking travel / accommodation (for foreign & UK locations).
- Creating call sheets and risk assessments, ensuring that all insurance documentation and permissions are taken care of prior to the shoot.
- Manage and update on-going production paperwork such as release forms, call sheets, shooting scripts, master content lists.
- Maintain database or freelance crew, sourcing new talent to work with.
- General admin around video such as keeping asset lists, checklists, updating internal systems.
- Language/translation coordination for international reversioning.
- Budget support for Head of Production in response to branded content briefs.
- Assisting in the research, development and implementation of organisational systems and procedures.
