Spotify Studios is looking for a Production Coordinator to join the team in London. The ideal candidate is a driven professional who will edit video podcasts as part will chip in to video podcast production of Spotify's owned and licensed shows (including The Ringer portfolio) as well as partner productions. The coordinator will work directly with the studio teams' production manager to coordinate in-studio sessions with hosts and individual show teams to coordinate in-studio sessions, run the bookings' calendar, and support the production of both audio and video podcast episodes. The focus will be on in-studio production, but the coordinator will also support remote and on-location productions as needed. The person in this role must exercise strong multi-tasking skills and be able to handle multiple projects at various stages. Candidates must possess an enthusiasm for podcasts and strong production experience. General knowledge of and affinity for sports and popular culture podcasts is preferred. The right candidate is strategic and collaborative and eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment.What You'll DoHandle the studio calendars to facilitate a high volume of in-studio bookingsCoordinate with podcast producers, partner managers, and production teams to ensure smooth recording sessions and studio experiencesProcure gear and supplies for studios as neededAssist with the editing of audio and video podcasts, including audio mixing, audio and video editing, and implementing of basic gfxProvide technical support to Spotify hosts and partners, including troubleshooting studio productions, and figuring out solutions for field and remote shoots and remote shootsMaintain studio spaces to meet talent's needs as well as industry standardsImplement technical improvements as neededContribute to a collaborative environment with multiple internal departments to effectively run and communicate to the right stakeholdersWho You Are4+ years of experience in digital video production, including video podcasts, video content for platforms such as YouTube and TwitchAble to work from Spotify's London office up to five days per weekStrong organizational skillsFamiliarity with Adobe Premiere and the entire Adobe suiteFamiliarity with the entire podcast production processExperience working directly with high-profile talent and guestsExcellent communication skills, written and spokenAbility to evaluate content with sound judgmentAbility to meet tight deadlines and thrive under pressureWhere You'll BeThis role will be based out or London office and requires 5 days a week in the office
