Responsibilities:
* Research and secure permits.
* Support producers with set, location, and casting logistics.
* Department administration including processing invoices and budget tracking.
* Liaise remotely with field producers and third-parties during productions.
* Track deliverables through post-production.
* Liaise with team to identify and solve problems in all phases of production.
* Assist with coordination and communication with other internal departments.
* Assist creative producers with project deliverables as needed.
* Support the production department with operational needs.

Requirements:
* Eager to learn - Having a positive attitude and amenable to sometimes mundane tasks in order to gain real-world hands-on experience.
* Resourceful - Has the hustle in order to get tasks done, despite prohibiting factors in a timely manner
* Autonomous - The ability to take direction, but needs a little management and oversight to get the job done
* Indispensable - Someone who quickly and proactively makes their value known without ego, but rather based on merit and attitude
