Job description
To assist the Production Manager in the day to day of production coordination on and off set.
Duties include:
- Assisting Production Manager / Management team with production coordination.
- Attending meetings with Production Manager and in some instances lead meetings.
- Managing succinct communication for day to day activities
- Production scheduling
- Managing Production Assistants under the direction of the Production Manager

Requirements: Our ideal candidate will have on set experience, or be a film graduate, however applicants from those without industry experience, will be considered but must have industry interest. The ideal candidate will also need to show production and logistics coordination capabilities as well as being able to keep clear communication in the face of complex environments. The varied statuses of productions, locations, people and activities requires a flexible and creative candidate. Other characteristics and skills include the

- Experience of working in operations/logistics
- Ability to use own initiative.
- Flexible and open to change.
- Patience and ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
- Team player.
