Job Purpose

You will need experience of working in a fast-paced production environment, able to juggle multiple tasks and shoots, and must be highly organised, with excellent communication and attention to detail. We are looking for a team player and someone who is keen to get involved.

This is a great role for a Coordinator who is looking to expand their short form / digital production experience.

Key Responsibilities
? Setting up international shoots, including sourcing crew and camera kit, booking travel / accommodation.
? Ensuring shoots are Covid-19 health & safety compliant and are following our company protocols.
? Creating call sheets and risk assessments, ensuring that all insurance documentation and permissions are taken care of prior to the shoot.
? Working remotely with Producers and Production Coordinators to ensure our deadlines are met.
? Maintaining a database or freelance crew, sourcing new talent to work with.
? General admin around video such as production checklists and supporting the post department.
? Language/translation transcript coordination for international reversioning.
? Post Production scheduling & support
? Budget support for Production Managers.
? Experience of copyright & rights licences is beneficial.
? Supporting teams based in London, Bath, & the U.S.

Requirements
This role is aimed at Production Coordinators with at least three PC credits / 3-5 years experience in a production environment.
