We are looking for Production Coordinators to join our team on a freelance basis to assist the team during our busy periods (which seems to be most of the time at the moment!)
We are a small team producing content for some big brands, including a lot of shoots around the world, streaming and multi-camera shoots, animation, editing and more.
We are looking for freelance production coordinators to join the team, reporting to Producers and Production Managers depending on the specific project.

Applicants will have experience in:
TV or video production coordination (Preferably circa 2 years)
Call sheet production
Travel bookings inc flights and hotels
Location research and booking
Kit hire booking (with our warehouse or external suppliers)
Mac/OSX - Experienced in using Microsoft Word/Excel/Google docs/Basecamp (project management software)

Must have a good friendly manner and be confident dealing with both clients and crew.
Must be super organised and able to multi-task.
Must have good written and verbal skills.

This position will be working from our office in Angel, London. Hours are 9am until 6pm with an hour for lunch.
These times may be revised depending on the specific project you are working on but we will ensure this is communicated clearly upon booking.
Training on our specific processes will be provided but a good knowledge of the production process is important.
