We are looking for a Production Coordinator/ Junior Researcher to join the team. This role is a great fit for an experienced runner or production coordinator keen to develop their skills up to a producer level. Its a jack-of-all-trades job insomuch as you will be contributing to development, working on productions, but also helping with the day-to-day administration of the office and the company. Historically, this role has often been an informal apprenticeship inasmuch as mentoring will be offered to help builds skills up to working as a Produce of factual and animated content.

Responsibilities include:
* Office management, including ordering office supplies, answering phones, managing the emails.
* Supporting on projects in production
* Research on projects in development and production
* Production paperwork
* Backing up and organising projects
* Basic IT support

Must:
* Be confident on the phone and greeting clients
* Have a professional manner on email
* Strong organisational skills
* Have good writing skills and be able to contribute actively to the research and development of our slate of projects.
* Proven interest in film and animation, especially with the kind of socially-orientated output that Mosaic has produced over the past years.
* Basic understanding of live action and animation production is highly advantageous.

Must be able to start immediately.
