Production Co-ordinator

Wapping, London

The purpose of the Production Coordinator is to make things happen. It is a pivotal role that drives a project forward and keeps things on track every day.The Co-ord will be super detail orientated with a knack for keeping the team motivated and prepared for all eventualities. Happy to be involved with all sorts of administrative tasks, and with previous agency experience, they will have excellent problem solving ability and a passion for delivering high-end creative on time and on budget. (Advanced Excel skills required)

Main Responsibilities:

- Familiar with brand, the design process & everything involved in meeting a client brief
- Ability to interpret a key deliverables list and other production documentation/templates
- A gift for managing several tasks at once including diary management and travel bookings
- Ability to think ahead and ensure everything and anything is prepped ahead of schedule (internal/external) including agenda, travel, printed material, consumables, catering, venue.
- Consistently offer up support to the production team in terms of project support, file & data transfer and coordination of all internal photo or film shoots
- Quality Control is essential to the role ensuring ALL outputs are checked and meet with company standards

Experience:

- Track record of project management in a post-production or creative agency
- File data transferring - Keeping databases and reference material up to date
- Tracking key indicators and flagging issues
- Demonstrable focus on quality (improvement/checking/control)
- Helping track Timesheet data
- Commercially sound awareness for time keeping and budgeting

Skills:

- Project management - planning and scheduling
- Technical skills in document and file management & transfer
- Knowledge of working in Production databases
- Familiar with Design software including any motion/animation packages i.e. Adobe suite/Arnold

Requirements:

This is an in-house production role that has a strong design-bias working alongside the Creative director and studio team whist reporting into Head of Production. We therefore insist on up to 2-years' experience in a creative company or post production environment.
