Production Co-ordinator

Livewire Pictures, part of the Hat Trick Group, has created and produced some of the biggest entertainment shows, live events and music programmes on British and international television including the BBC Proms TV coverage, Ariana Grande At The BBC, Not The Robbie Williams Christmas Show, Global Citizen Live, Mark Ronson: From The Heart, Concert for Ukraine and Paul Sinha's TV Showdown.

We are looking for the following roles for productions that are taking place across the summer and autumn. Some of the shows will be live, some will be pre-recorded and edited but will feature a main presenter with guest interviews, VT packaged material and live music coverage.

Productions are based in London.

PRODUCTION CO-ORDINATOR
We are looking for a production co-ordinator with at least two years of experience who can work at speed and under pressure while maintaining a keen eye for detail.

Duties will include supporting the PM with the preparation and distribution of key documents like schedules, crew lists, end credits and call-sheets. You'll be required to set-up VT shoots, book equipment and ensure that rushes are ingested ready for editing. You will also co-ordinate travel and accommodation when required. You will be looking after small budgets such as production office set up and VT filming costs. Some experience negotiating rates desirable as you'll be required to book and contract crew. Knowledge of Silvermouse and Albert, as well as archive clearance and clearing music tracks would be useful.
