The position
The Project Coordinator position for Viaplay Originals is a fast-paced team player role, which will require great attention to details and a strong can-do attitude. The role will give the right candidate great possibilities to grow within the Company.

The role will play an integral part of the Viaplay team, which is one of the busiest but most rewarding departments and will require travel and/or coordination of key art- and press shoots at locations across the world.

The focus of the role is to ensure all creative assets for the Viaplay Originals Electronic Press Kit are delivered in time to meet deadlines with the correct information. You will archive all finalized assets and liaise closely with internal and external clients that need access to the creative assets.

Viaplay prides itself with delivering high end Original Films and Series, which have already gotten large international attention and won numerous awards. Besides the Originals, Viaplay also offers live sports, the latest international TV releases, all-time classics and film premieres, as well as kids' content.

The challenge ahead
You will be supporting the Viaplay Originals Creative team by:

* Assisting and maintaining the close working relationship between the Project Manager and Creative Lead for Originals and the Creative team in London.
* Liaise with Production Companies that create the Originals.
* Follow the clear workflow and process for all key art Originals.
* Be proficient in Adobe suite to version all material to local languages using foremost Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
* Order and/or create subtitles.
* Archiving finalised elements.
* Coordinating and sharing of material between inhouse team, agencies and production companies.
* Liaise closely with internal and external clients and helping with day to day marketing requests for the Viaplay Originals.
* Raise Purchase Orders.
* Doing research when necessary.
* Support the Project Manager and Creative Lead with ad hoc duties.
* Deliver reports on production stats to the Project Manager when needed.
* Keep track of deadlines and deliverable list for each Original project.
* Travel days are required
* If time allows help out with other production related tasks.

What we are looking for
Qualifications

* Degree level or equivalent preferable in related field

System Experience

* Advanced level of Microsoft Office Package is essential
* Microsoft Office
* Xytech
* Adobe Premier
* Adtoox

Work Experience

* Background in media preferred
