REPORTS TO : Production ManagerLOCATION : FelthamOPPORTUNITY: The day to day administration and organisation for production crew.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Compiling of production team rosters in conjunction with the Production and Broadcast Managers.- Managing sickness, leave requirements and cover for all production crew.- Organisation and compilation of all on air media including VT's, assets, price comparisons and other media. Co-ordinating stored Media prior to shows, and communicating the information to the Producers and Directors.- Keeping records of invoicing both electronically and manually to pass to HR Department.- Keeping contact lists for all production team up to date- Assisting the Production Manager and Broadcast Manager as required.- Call backs to crew to confirm shifts/staff schedules and any changes as required by the Production and Broadcast Managers.- Organise weekly show reviews with crew, Production Manager and Broadcast Manager.- Ability to resolve issues outside general working hours.- Any other duties as directed by the Production and Broadcast Managers.IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:1. General Knowledge and skills ¿ Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent preferred.¿ Previous experience in the same role is preferred.¿ Knowledge of PC based packages and keyboard skills (ability to use MS Office).¿ Verbal and written communication skills.¿ Ability to communicate effectively.¿ Polite, friendly and assertive.¿ Ability to work individually and within a team environment.2. People Management ¿ Role models the THE JEWELLERY CHANNEL LTD core values.¿ Supports team members in striving for excellence.3. Impact on Business Strategy ¿ Must comply with contracts of control and adhere to all mandatory response time scales.4. Functional Expertise ¿ Knowledge of PC systems.¿ Good level of communication skills.¿ Experience of working in a team preferred.5. Problem Solving ¿ Verbal and written communication skills including effective questioning and listening.¿ Resourceful, adaptable and flexible in their problem solving approach.6. Interpersonal skills ¿ An innovative approach may be required when working within the team to enable you to support fellow members.¿ Clear and concise business communication skills.¿ Ability to communicate at all levels.
