BBC Studios are looking for production assistants and co-ordinators to help with the production and delivery of a number of branded content series on BBC.com, supporting a team of producers and filmmakers with administrative tasks.
Candidates must have great communication skills; a good working knowledge of all Microsoft office applications; Dropbox; Google docs; Vimeo and have some experience dealing with risk assessments. Roles will range from 3-6 months with the potential of extending to start ASAP. Branded content, documentary or Short Form experience is preferred. Working is mostly remote with 1 or 2 days in the office per week in West London (but very flexible on this). We welcome applicants from all backgrounds.

The department is quite unique in how we work but main tasks would be
• Create POs and manage Invoices from prod companies.
• Manage release forms and delivery paperwork from external prod companies.
• Manage smooth delivery of films to clients.
• Draft contracts to commission production companies.
• Stay across 2 branded content series and report to production manager and exec producer.
• Support producers and execs in any administrative tasks.
• Occasional support on Location for filming in the UK. Although role is mostly office/remote.
