Reporting to the Senior Producer, this position is responsible for assisting a fast paced, cross-platform in-house video production team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, ready-to-learn creative who is comfortable taking direction and learning on the go.
This role will focus equally on Studio Production and Post Production responsibilities according to team needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide support on field and studio shoots including but not limited to, carrying gear, production runs, obtaining release forms, minimal hair and make-up touches
- Ingest footage, transfer media and ship files when needed.
- To provide support for live broadcasts including set up and testing with producer and director of photography.
- Daily office tasks to assist in everyday production needs
- To be a point of contact for guests visiting the studios.
- Assist Production Manager as needed on selected Production Management duties including scheduling studio shoots and booking internal rooms.
- Assist Studio crew as needed on running teleprompter
- Sharing studio availability for shoots and confirming timeslots.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of video production "best practices" and current/emerging production technology (pre, production, and post.)
- Desire to learn production 101 and grow in the industry of content creation for a brand.
- Effective communication/presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and across all functional areas.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, energetic environment

- Ability to balance pre-production and production work daily

EXPERIENCE:
- Knowledge of Avid and Adobe video and animation product line
- Experience with field and studio production
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
