With our own facilities we are able to produce projects from concept right through to all stages of production, and deliver on any format for worldwide delivery.

We require an enthusiastic Administrator / Production Assistant to manage company operations. They will be responsible for scheduling facilities, staff and freelancers as well as manage invoicing, update our internal database and website, maintain our client-facing extranet, and look after general day-to-day operational activities.

They will be required to work alongside our MD to coordinate all marketing activities. These include, issuing press releases, raising the company's presence on social networking sites and industry events, and ensuring the company is well represented. A good knowledge of the industry will lead to assisting with facilities sales and encouraging new business wherever possible.

Excellent administrative skills, a good knowledge of production, IT and marketing is ideal. This position is a wonderful opportunity for the right candidate, with great flexibility to create own working routines and industry relationships, applying creativity will enable the candidate to make the role their own.

Salary iro £20K depending on experience.
