Production Assistant/Office Manager

London

B-Engaged & HIFEN Studios is looking for an enthusiastic Production assistant/office manager to join our growing team.

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity and a chance for an organised individual to grow and progress with the company. We are looking for a professional worker to work across the two parts of the company, HIFEN Studios (Production side) + B-Engaged (Marketing side) The candidate must have a diverse set of skills from booking crew to running the admin of the day-to-day resources at B-Engaged and HIFEN Studios

THE ROLE
We need someone who can organise the operations of the day-to-day running of the company. They will be the first point of contact for all enquires and visitors and need to be an integral part of production in supporting our producers from pre production, on set, all the way through to to post production and delivery.

You will be tasked and responsible for:

KEY REQUIREMENTS: PRODUCTION ASSISTANT
* Experience in help assembling crew (DOP, GAFFER etc)
* Experienced in pre production process including all documentation (liabilities, call sheets etc)
* Assisting raising work orders and process invoices
* Supporting Production manager booking and hiring production (props, equipment, location hire)
* Help supervise film shoots internally and on location
* Understanding on budgeting
* Booking in meetings for Production manager

KEY REQUIREMENTS: OFFICE MANAGER/FRONT OF HOUSE
* Day-to-day tasks in the office
* Office supplies up to date (stationary, kitchen)
* Communicating with suppliers
* Answering any office enquires
* Identifying opportunities for processes and office management improvements
* Strong communication and people skills
* Knowledge of MS Office programs, in particular Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
* Travel arrangements (taxi's couriers)
* Managing the office (cleaners, general upkeep)
* POC for all admin enquires from staff

ABOUT THE CANDIDATE
* Experience within the production sector
* Passion for production
* Can work to tight deadlines and committed to unusual working hours
* Organised and decisive
* Energetic with a 'can-do' approach
* First aid trained

TERMS
* £23-25k (DOE)
* TFL paid for
* 20 days holiday
