Jist Studios is looking for a Production Assistant to join our in-house team. An aspiring producer, you'll be passionate about making films and telling stories for a wide range of clients and our own original content. A confident, reliable and highly organised individual you'll work directly with our Producers to ensure productions run smoothly.

Every day is going to be different. Some days you'll be producing call sheets and production paperwork, others you might be on-set making sure the team has everything they need, others you might be researching our next project. This is an opportunity to get involved in every aspect of a small production company from pre-production through to final delivery.

You will be well presented and have a friendly, approachable, professional attitude being able to work directly with clients to achieve an end product you are proud of and our clients love.

Here are some of the things we're looking for:
? Highly organised
? Great communicator
? Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office / Google Docs
? A passion for film, particularly documentaries.
? An understanding of the production process from pre-production from budgets to call sheets, risk assessments to scripts and storyboards.
? Going the extra mile - we go above and beyond for our clients to produce the content their audience will love.
? Jack or Jill of all trades - as a small team we need versatile people who are willing to contribute to all areas of the business, we all muck in.
? Full UK Driving License

? Learning never stops - there may be things in the above spec you don't feel you're proficient at yet.
We're here to help. Training will be provided to ensure you're always at the top of your game. If there
is a specific course you'd like to go on to improve your skills let us know.
? Time to produce your own projects - learning and development is about doing, we understand that. We will provide all company resources to allow you to produce the content you want to produce.
? An awesome environment you are directly involved in - we're not a big team you can make a big difference and touch every part of the production process if you want to.

? Based out of our Central Manchester studio
? Monday - Friday, 09:30am to 5:30pm
? £19,000 salary reviewed annually
