Overview

As Production Assistant, you'll be a key member of the Studios and will work side by side with the team's Producers and Production Managers. This is an exciting opportunity for a Production Assistant to join a fast-growing team and fast paced environment.



You will have good knowledge of the production process and will work alongside the Producers and EP to organise, plan and ensure the efficient and smooth running of our original production across all Black Sheep Studios projects. You should have proven experience coordinating shoot logistics, organising crews, risk assessments and handling production finance alongside Production Managers and Producers

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing direct support to the Production team on shoot planning, logistics, and on set support

Being an integral part of pre-production with booking crews, equipment, catering and travel arrangements

Assisting Producers in managing production paperwork including but not exclusive to call sheets and risk assessments

Finance admin support with raising POs, setting up new vendors and ensuring invoices are processed and tracked and assisting Producers with filling their expense claims

Assisting Directors with treatment support and pitch documents


Qualifications

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in a similar role at a junior level within a production company

Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure

Communication, organisation, administrative and time management skills, as well as great attention to detail

A positive and flexible attitude with a flare for problem solving

Develop strong relationships with your your team and the wider agency
