We are looking for a highly organised and detail orientated Production Assistant to provide office production support for 5Creative's Production Department. You will work closely with our Promo, Design, Continuity and Commercials teams, handling all production administration. You will be a key point of liaison between Production, HR, Viacom Accounts team and external suppliers. It is a fantastic opportunity to be a key member of the team for a leading International Broadcaster. We work closely with other Viacom Production departments (Comedy Central, MTV, Nickelodeon, BET, Paramount) as well as C5's multiple channels.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Finance:Supporting the Viacom financial system (SAP) and acting as point of contact for Finance, suppliers and production staff to ensure we are meeting payment cut-off datesRaising and processing PO's, setting up vendors and dealing with payment queriesReconciling company and shoot expenses for key members of staffFeeding information back into production budgetsFreelance process: Completing monthly Freelance Tracker with all freelancer/crew detailsSupporting Production with contracts for relevant freelancers; liaising with HRProduction:Booking daily voiceovers according to edit scheduleAssisting with GFX deliveries and bookings scheduleAssisting with material sourcing and traffickingEnsuring material is sent and received from our Viacom channels as efficiently as possibleAssisting Production with shoot pre-production and post-production tasks where neededEnsuring all freelancers are set up with email accounts and access to the buildingHelping production teams with transport booking and general office administrationHelping with music returns / allocationsProviding general office support, booking meeting rooms, and assisting in day to day administrationEXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:Practical experience in a TV Production environment would be helpfulExperience implementing administration for teams and working with Excel, Word, Photoshop, and InDesignWorking diplomatically with a range of people and personalitiesThe ability to stay calm under pressure and meet multiple deadlinesThe position is office-based but pre-production and shoot experience is an advantageTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL ALSO BE:Proactive and possess a meticulous attention to detailHighly numerate with ability to monitor financial records closely with a keen and exacting eye for detailExcellent communication skills with demonstrable experience of effective working within teamsHigh standard of computer literacy, particularly Advanced Excel skillsSelf-motivating enthusiastic individualPositive can-do attitudeAbility to apply structure and logic within a fast-moving production environmentMultitasking is essential with the desire to be a key member of a fast paced team
