The role would suit someone with min. 1 year experience of production on either production or agency side. We are looking for someone who is, above all, highly organised, a proactive and self-sufficient multitasker, switched on and creative. Production
Researching, scheduling, pencilling and confirming crew & equipment
Putting together treatments, PPM documents, storyboards, mood boards, call sheets, risk assessments
Liaising with foreign service companies, organising travel and accommodation arrangements
Processing invoices, expenses and petty cash
Assisting producers and EPs

Office support
Maintaining office supplies, expenses, couriers and phones
Helping organise events and promotional projects
Managing website, showreels & social media profiles

Skills
Adobe Suite (ie. InDesign, Photoshop)
MS Office & G-Suite
iMovie
Squarespace

Salary
Dependent on experience
