Production Assistant

London

You are an enthusiastic, proactive and problem-solving individual with a desire and passion for integrated production. You will work and assist on a range of projects from AV content productions, Print, Digital and Social campaigns, assisting producers and the wider to team from creative development and always delivering to a high standard.

What you'll do

Working with producers, Executive Producers, EPD and HOP who will help you to learn & grow in all areas of production.
Offering to help wherever you can, always putting your hand up and being one step ahead of the producer you are working with.
Excellent attention to detail, being able to manage large amounts of information.
The ability to multitask, working on more than one element of a production(s) at one time.
Working across multiple disciplines of a production, having a truly integrated training program which will involve working in AV, Stills, social, digital and experiential projects
Gaining a good understanding of the post production process for both Motion and Stills production, with the knoweldge of how to deliver assets from creative sign off through to final delivery.
Working with third party production partners including Directors, photographers and designers to deliver the best creative output
Working with a producer to manage schedules and budgets on production projects
At times creating estimates, raising Pos and helping with the reconsiltation of jobs.
Proactively assisting on the tracking and report project budgets and profitability.
Vendor/partner research and assisting to ensure they will deliver the highest-quality creative product and stay true to the vision of the project/deliverable.
Maintain vendor/partner sourcing database, developing relationships with industry partners.
Who you'll do it with

You'll report into the Executive Producer, working closely with individual producers and work along side, Brand Management, Creative, Design, PDG and Ops.

Qualifications
Ideally some knowledge or understanding of the advertising industry.
Be proactive in everything that you work on or do.
Demonstrable experience managing simultaneous elements of a projects in a fast-paced environment.
Must be detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to prioritise and adapt prioritization where needed.
Self-motivated, strong time-management and adept at multi-tasking
Thorough knowledge of Google product suite and Microsoft Office.
An enthusiasum and desire to gain an understanding of av, digital, print.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of financial management.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence others.
