Highly Unlikely is a film agency working directly with brand's in-house creative teams to produce a variety of video content.

We are looking for a Production Assistant to join our small but growing team as we enter a key stage of expansion for the company. You will work with our MD and freelance production team to assist in the smooth running of projects, gaining experience across not only live-action shoots but the world of client-facing production.

• Organised because you like to be - someone who has a spreadsheet for everything and finds joy in the site of a neatly co-ordinated and colour coded document.
• A strong communicator who is happy raising issues and asking for help - not afraid to say when you don't know or are struggling to find an answer.

What You Need:

• Excellent attention to detail and the motivation to take on more responsibility over time.
• An eagerness to work with clients and develop your account management skills.
• A demonstrable understanding of how commercials are made through the different stages of storyboarding, pre-production, shoot and post-production.
• A track record of great time management; delivering responses on time and to the correct standard.

What You'll Do:

• A mixture of traditional Production Assistant responsibilities (support across shoot prep, on-set and post) and client-facing responsibilities as part of our agency services (attending client briefings, liaising between clients and our suppliers).
• Assist with the day-to-day management and delivery of multiple and varied projects (animation and CG, live-action,) across one-brand client.
• Develop your skills across multiple formats, working alongside other industry studios and production companies.
• Learn basic skills in Abode Suite for the delivery of client projects including management of the QC process.
• Collaborate with our global client's production and creative teams and be encouraged to communicate with them freely.
• Arranging meetings, handling calendars, taking notes, helping with the building of decks and presentations, and acting as client liaison for reviews and sends.
• Attending shoots and helping on the day.
• Support Head of Growth in the nurturing of client relationships.

What We Offer:

• £28,000 salary per annum.
