Formidable is a London-based creative video content agency. We make entertaining content for a range of partners including brands, publishers, influencers and public sector organisations. We are looking for a Production Assistant to support on a large Sports & Lifestyle Production.

This is a junior role and reporting into the Production Manager, you will be providing support on logistical and organisational matters to the production team. You will have some experience working in excel and ideally some cloud based systems and be great at planning and organisation. You will be eager to muck in and get the job done, working well in a tight team, but also having the confidence to perform regular tasks without too much guidance. You will have a passion for beautiful, creative and entertaining storytelling.

Responsibilities including but not limited to assisting with:
- Shoot logistics
- Kit bookings
- Travel & accommodation bookings
- Writing and distribution of call sheets
- Petty cash reconciliation
- Credit card reconciliation
- Diary management
- Edit suite coordination
- Post-production paperwork

Key Attributes:
- A positive attitude and willingness to get involved in all parts of production
- Experience within a fast turnaround office
- Ability to speak fluent Spanish/Portuguese or French is advantageous
- A love of football
