Job descriptionWe are looking for a friendly and professional production assistant interested in a career in creative production. We are a small production company based in St. Albans looking for someone with video production management, marketing, and administrative skills. You must have excellent communication and written skills for this role and ideally some production experience in filming and editing, and a keen interest in developing these skills. Our work involves dance, documentary film, photography, and animation. Our current clients are KPMG, Barnardo's, Hong Kong Ballet, and the Institution of Civil Engineers. This is a wonderful opportunity for a passionate hardworking individual with an interest in the creative sector.Some key responsibilities include:• Assisting in the management of shoots including the organisation of cast and crew• Communicating with clients regarding the production of content• Helping to find creative solutions to issues and obstacles• Delivers to agreed deadlines• Studio management• Editing and organising rushes• Production research• To work with clients to manage workflow and projects• Send e-mail campaigns and organise social media• Setting up meetings and managing diaries on behalf of the senior teamIdeally, you will be degree educated, perhaps in a creative discipline• Able to work under pressure• You will need to be passionate about film and creative media• Strong organisational skills, most importantly diary management and methodical workflow• Ability to work on multiple projects at one time• Curious about business and creative production strategy • able to contribute and discuss subjectsIf you're a film production or marketing graduate looking to move into a diverse role in a creative company, then apply now.
