We are a fast growing company which specialises in producing creative film and video for television and business. We're looking for a Production Assistant/ Runner to work in our busy Holborn office helping with every aspect of the Business. The position would be excellent for those with some experience in the industry who are seeking to broaden their knowledge and also develop new skills in a fast growing production company. Team work, ambition and the ability to multitask are essential as the work will involve a wide variety of responsibilities.

Duties:

Assisting with production planning, research and implementation
General office and admin tasks
Marketing and social networking - updating/Monitoring web site and Social Media
Support to sales
Reception and client contact
Bookings and enquiries management
General office running in a production company

Essential Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in Video/TV production
Good understanding of Video/TV production and post-production processes
An interest in marketing, specifically social media
Good technical skills with internet, blogging and social media
Enthusiasm for creativity and innovation
Ability to think, plan and execute resourcefully, across multiple tasks
Ability to draw conclusions and make independent decisions
Ability to work independently and as well as part of a team

Additional Useful Skills:

Knowledge of Final Cut pro video editing
Graphics skills (Photoshop, Illustrator)

Based on a 40hrs week
