The role would suit someone with min. 2 years experience of production on either production or agency side. We are looking for someone who is, above all, highly organised, self-sufficient, proactive, switched on and creative. Duties will include:

Production

- Researching, scheduling, pencilling and confirming crew & equipment

- Putting together treatments, PPM documents, storyboards, mood boards, call sheets, risk assessments

- Liaising with foreign service companies, organising travel and accommodation arrangements

- Processing invoices, expenses and petty cash

- Assisting producers and EPs

Office support

- Maintaining office supplies, expenses, couriers and phones

- Helping organise events and promotional projects

- Managing website, showreels & social media profiles

Skills
