Job description
To assist the Production Manager + coordinator in the day to day of production work on and off set.

Duties include:
Assisting Production Manager / Management team with day to day admin
Helping on and off set
Attending meetings with Production Manager + coordinator.
Helping with communication with cast, crew. Arranging travel, hotels etc

Requirements: Our ideal candidate will have on set experience, or be a film graduate, however applicants from those without industry experience, will be considered but must have industry interest. The ideal candidate will also need to show production and logistics coordination capabilities as well as being able to keep clear communication in the face of complex environments. The varied statuses of productions, locations, people and activities requires a flexible and creative candidate. Other characteristics and skills include the following:
Administration experience
Ability to use own initiative.
Flexible and open to change.
Patience and ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
Team player.
