Production Assistant

King's Cross, London HYBRID

Production Assistant Job Spec:

Whitecoat are looking for a stellar addition to our busy production department to sit across the whole production process. From taking briefs with our in-house production team to on-location shooting and assisting our post-producer. This is an excellent opportunity to work full time at a busy production house, getting hands-on experience with some of the biggest brands in the world from tech to FMCG creating brilliant content across multiple media platforms.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, enjoy helping the whole team maintain visibility and communication across multiple projects, working closely with our in-house production department across a broad breadth of commercial content, from fast-turnaround social content through to high end commercial campaigns and everything in-between. This role would be a fantastic opportunity for an individual that's looking to progress their career in production.

Key roles and responsibilities:
Supporting our in-house production team, working closely with producers to ensure the smooth running of all productions
Working closely with Producers/Production Managers with end to end tracking across all projects.
Attending briefing sessions, Pre production meetings, shoots and audio recordings when required
Keeping track of client feedback during meetings and updating the wider team.
Schedule building
On-set production assisting
Arranging shoot logistics inclusive of flights, hotels, taxis and any other transport.
Booking couriers
Liaising with external contractors (crew, locations, caterers)
Collaborating with the preparation of production decks (PPMs etc)
Assisting with creating/distributing shooting documents (inclusive of call sheets, risk assessments, casting contracts including child licencing where necessary.)

Key skills:
Excellent written and spoken English
Familiarity with GSuite and Trello
Personal preference of being extremely well-organised
Ability to prioritise tasks, and ensure delivery of results within tight deadlines
Strong communication, problem solving and time management skills
The desire to gain invaluable experience in production with the aims of being a producer.
