Lighthouse Studios is currently seeking a talented experienced Production Assistant to work on a 2D Graphic Novel Adaptation airing to a global audience. Reporting to the Production Manager the role of Production Assistant is to work alongside the production team assisting with the day-to-day duties of assigned departments across multiple projects. A key factor of this role is drive and determination, showing a willingness to learn, curiosity in terms of creative and process and a positive attitude to all crew.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with any and all tasks as required across the full production pipeline
* Keep daily in person contact with department crew to assess requirements or help as needed and report problems to PM
* Assist the Production Manager on tasks as required including but not limited to managing petty cash, printing schedules, inputting data, communicating schedule or quota info to crew, updating spreadsheets, managing team launch materials
* Ensure accurate note taking at all meetings or interactions with crew and staff
* Ensure the efficient and accurate flow of information across departments
* Populate assets and data into Shotgun or another assigned database if needed
* Create production breakdowns
* Check files, models and design material
* Assist with final delivery of materials to relevant partners and stakeholders
* Assist with correct final archiving and data collating and filing of all materials for each project
