The Originals team creates quality, long-form content for YouTube, broadcast and podcast platforms, designed to be shareable across LADbible Group's social channels. We're the team behind popular shows like Snack Wars, Minutes With, Honesty Box and Agree to Disagree.
As our new Production Assistant, you'll work across the delivery of engaging, social-first content across our brands. Supporting the Production, Post-Production and Creative teams, you'll help keep shoots organised, schedules on track, and production admin running smoothly from pre-production through to final delivery.
This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone looking to build a long-term career in production management within a fast-paced digital media environment. The role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and eager to develop their production management skills over time.
What the opportunity looks like
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Production team across multiple content projects.
* Assist in building and maintaining production schedules, call sheets, and shoot trackers.
* Coordinate logistics such as studio bookings, location research, crew availability, equipment hire, travel arrangements, and catering.
* Manage production paperwork including purchase orders, invoices, contracts, talent releases, and compliance documents.
* Support budget tracking by updating cost trackers and monitoring spend under the guidance of Production Managers.
* Organise and maintain shared production folders, ensuring documentation is accurate, accessible, and up to date.
* Take notes in production meetings and ensure actions are clearly logged and followed up.
* Provide on-the-ground support on shoot days, assisting with setup, coordination, and communication between teams.
* Support post-production workflows by tracking edits, feedback rounds, and asset delivery deadlines.
* Gradually take ownership of smaller projects or production elements as experience grows.
Skills and experience we'd like you to have
* Some experience in production, media and/or office-admin (related-degree, internships and work placements welcome).
* Digitally native with a deep understanding of social platforms and online culture
* Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
* Confidence working with spreadsheets, documents, and shared project management tools.
* Excellent communication skills and a professional, can-do attitude.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and prioritise effectively in a fast-moving environment.
* Calm and reliable under pressure, particularly around shoot days and deadlines.
* A proactive team player who's eager to learn and build a career in production.
