Bill Kenwright Ltd is looking for a hardworking, proactive, and enthusiastic assistant to support the Film and Television department in day-to-day organisation and administration.

Candidates will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt within a changeable and at times pressurised environment.

Excellent IT and organisational skills are essential.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Undertaking thorough and diligent project and industry research;
- Preparing and distributing production and development paperwork and undertaking other administrative work as and when required;
- Overseeing and maintaining departmental filing systems and paperwork, both electronically and in hard copy;
- Sourcing and booking facilities as necessary;
- Organising travel, accommodation, and itineraries as necessary;
- Read scripts and deliver comprehensive script reports;
- Responding to general correspondence as directed by the line manager;
- Coordinating meetings and interviews.
