Bill Kenwright Ltd is looking for a hardworking, proactive, and enthusiastic assistant to support the Film and Television department in day-to-day organisation and administration.Candidates will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt within a changeable and at times pressurised environment. Excellent IT and organisational skills are essential.Applicants should send their CVs, along with a cover letter.Duties include, but are not limited to:- Undertaking thorough and diligent project and industry research;- Preparing and distributing production and development paperwork and undertaking other administrative work as and when required;- Overseeing and maintaining departmental filing systems and paperwork, both electronically and in hard copy;- Sourcing and booking facilities as necessary;- Organising travel, accommodation, and itineraries as necessary;- Read scripts and deliver comprehensive script reports;- Responding to general correspondence as directed by the line manager;- Coordinating meetings and interviews.Immediate start.
